At Open Heavens Created to Worship, each product is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Due to the nature of our products, we kindly ask that you review our policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include the original packaging.
- Show no signs of damage or alteration.
Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at openheavenscreate@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the item and its original packaging.
- A brief description of the issue.
We will carefully review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item was sent.
