Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Products marked as Ready to Ship are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

Pre-Order Items

Products marked as Pre-Order are specially prepared for you and require additional production time.

Please allow approximately 3–6 weeks for processing before your order is shipped.

If your order includes both Ready-to-Ship and Pre-Order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are ready unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the shipping method selected.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package’s delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

Open Heavens Created to Worship is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

While we will gladly assist you in locating your package, Open Heavens Created to Worship is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
